Theresa currently serves as a program manager at International Justice Mission, a human rights agency that secures justice for victims of slavery, sexual exploitation and other forms of violent oppression. Her strengths lie in identifying gaps in infrastructure, and developing effective programs, systems and structures for a diverse range of issues, while managing the effects of change on employees. Her achievements include leading the roll out of SharePoint to the entire organization, including infrastructure design and training; as well as developing a prospecting program for the organization to aid in fundraising efforts. Prior to her work at IJM, Theresa worked for several years in marketing and sales. She graduated from Grand Canyon University in 2005, Magna Cum Laude with additional honors. In her spare time, Theresa enjoys the diverse people and activities that living in Washington, DC affords her, and it isn't uncommon to see her and her husband Austin, biking through DC exploring the sites.
